Remodel

This generational family home was ready for a thoughtful update. One that honored its rich history while adapting it for modern living. The focus of the renovation was to open up the layout, transforming a series of smaller, segmented rooms into spacious, family-friendly areas that better support everyday life.

In the kitchen, we removed a narrow back staircase to make way for a hidden pantry, adding much-needed storage for food and small appliances without compromising the design. Upstairs, we reimagined an adjoining smaller bedroom to create a luxurious ensuite and a walk-in closet for the primary suite.

What was once a dark and compartmentalized house is now a bright, open, and inviting home that is refreshed for a new generation while preserving the legacy of the one before.
