With a growing family and frequent gatherings at the heart of their lifestyle, this client needed more functional space that could accommodate everyone comfortably. The design brief centered around one clear goal: every family member should have a seat at the table during meals, holidays, and get-togethers.

The addition was carefully planned to provide generous storage for both large and small appliances, as well as dedicated zones for food and beverage organization. A full bathroom with a soaking tub was included, which is perfect for bathing grandchildren, along with a first-floor laundry room featuring practical storage for baskets, soaps, and essentials. A pocket office was seamlessly integrated to offer a quiet, efficient workspace when working from home is needed.

Strategic space planning ensured smooth flow, livability, and an abundance of natural light throughout. The client embraced creative design touches, including unique flooring in the bathrooms and a striking backsplash, adding just the right amount of glamour to these transitional, high-functioning spaces.
