We are seeking an experienced and highly organized person to manage hot tub/sauna service, repair operations, oversee warehouse functions, and coordinate product delivery. This role requires strong technical aptitude, effective leadership, and the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, high-quality service, and consistent customer satisfaction across the service, repair, delivery, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hot tubs, saunas, spa systems, pumps, heaters, and related components.
• Coordinate and lead hot tub/sauna deliveries, pickups, and installations.
• Manage warehouse inventory, organization, and product staging.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, service tickets, inventory counts, and outgoing/incoming deliveries.
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained, safe, and ready for daily operations.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, clear way about repair status, installation timelines, and service expectations.
• Improve workflow efficiency within the warehouse and delivery processes.
• Support warranty claims and parts ordering.
• Uphold safety standards during repairs, warehouse tasks, and field deliveries.Qualifications
• Experience with mechanical or electrical repair (hot tub/spa experience is a big plus).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy products with proper equipment and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate solutions clearly.
• Basic computer skills (QuickBooks, Microsoft, Calendar).Schedule & Compensation

Qualification requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
A minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Must be comfortable working with clients.
Proficient in Quickbooks, Word, Excel, Outlook and display an aptitude for learning One Drive & Teams.
Must be a self-starter and must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
